1. All Items remain the property of the vendor until paid for in full.
  2. All Items must be paid for in full before delivery or collection is completed.
  3. Delivery Times are estimates only and may be subject to change. Vendor is not liable for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
  4. Purchaser must inspect all items at the time of delivery and sign that they have accepted the items in good order. Damage claims must be made within 24 hours.


  1. In accordance with consumer protection laws of Western Australia, the vendor is not required to provide a refund or replacement if the purchaser has made the wrong selection or has changed their mind.
  2. The Purchaser can choose a refund or replacement only if an item has a major fault.
  3. If an item has a fault which is deemed to NOT be major, the vendor will repair the item or offer compensation for any loss in value.
  4. In the event that the Vendor chooses to replace items that the purchaser has wrongly purchased or changed their mind, good must be returned within 14 days, in original packaging and in resellable condition. Items where installation has already take place or an attempt to install has been made, will not be accepted.
  5. For any Returns or Replacements to take place, the Purchaser must provide the Vendor with an Original Tax Invoice/Receipt as proof of purchase.
  6. No returns, Refunds or Exchanges accepted for items that are sold as “Ex – Display” items.


  1. We recommend that items are installed by a licensed plumber to avoid any warranty claim issues.
  2. Defects which occur due to faulty workmanship or manufacturing issues, carry a Warranty. Please check each items warranty description for further information on warranty coverage.
  3. The Warranty is void should any defects occur from misuse, improper installation, negligence, harsh cleaning or any accidental damage.
  4. The original Tax Invoice/Receipt must be provided by the Purchaser as proof of purchase for any warranty claims.
